Not actively using the Xactly Managed Package?
The connector, including Single Sign-On facilitated through it, will be removed from your subscription immediately. Because it is not in use, nothing you rely on today changes. Integrations through Xactly Connect or other third-party ETL providers are unaffected.

Your integration continues at no additional cost and will be ordered as its own line item going forward.

If you want a Salesforce integration later
- Obtain it from Salesforce. Download, install, and maintain it through your own Salesforce account under your own Salesforce agreement, with the required Salesforce subscriptions and entitlements.
- Request it from Xactly. Commissioning is available on written request only. It is not provided by default and is subject to Xactly’s applicable terms and any associated fees.
When it applies?
This change will take place immediately. No action is required from you before then. Should you require the Xactly managed Package to be enabled, your Xactly account team will enable that via a zero ($0) dollar order form.
